National Parks - Cowboy Hot tub and UFO Sightings

Love the location, accommodations just "ok" Positive: Stunning location! Negative: On arrival took showers and within the first 5 minutes, we ran out of hot water (assuming upstairs and downstairs hot water heater is shared?). Also, we heard lots of activity from the people staying upstairs both in the evening and morning. The space felt like a downstairs basement. Not horrible, but for the price I was anticipating more.

The property is great, in a remote location that provides for excellent star gazing. It is halfway between Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP which made it very convenient to visit both.Deer were in abundance around the property, with one coming up to the porch to greet us.

Cabin was immaculate and has all the essentials! Communication was the best I’d ever experienced! Bed was super comfy, great pillows and sheets. Location was perfect for all we did (Zion, Bruce. Cedar Breaks, Rt 12 to Boulder, coral pink sand dunes, etc.) The road to the cabin is gravel and gets muddy when it rains but we managed it fine in our AWD for our 6 nights there. Sunsets from the deck were enjoyable too.
